Performance Contract
This Performance Contract (the "Contract") is entered between:
Jamaica College Old Boys Association of New York, Inc (JCOBA-NY) hereinafter referred to as the "Client" and Andrew Clarke hereinafter referred to as the "Performer"

Performance Time: Between 07:30 PM and 8:00 PM

Scope of Performance:
The Performer agrees to provide a live performance of the National Anthems of the USA and Jamaica at the specified date, time, and venue mentioned above.
Compensation:
The Client agrees to pay the Performer an amount of $350 for the performance described above.
Deposit:
The Performer shall receive a deposit of $100 upon the receipt of this signed Contract along with payment details. The deposit will be deducted from the total compensation.
Non-Performance No-Show Penalty:
In the event that the Performer fails to show up for the scheduled performance without providing prior notice of at least 72 hours, the Performer agrees to pay a penalty equivalent to 100% of the agreed-upon compensation.
Cancellation:
Either party reserves the right to cancel this Contract by providing written notice to the other party at least 15 days prior to the event date. In such cases, any paid amounts will be refunded, and no further obligations will arise from this Contract.
This Contract constitutes the entire agreement between the Client and the Performer, and supersedes all prior discussions, understandings, and agreements. This Contract may not be modified, amended, or waived, except in writing and signed by both parties.
